General Electric type 211/VT-4C power triode
As a reference of size, a 6L6GC on the left (commonly used as an output tube in guitar amps) is dwarfed by the 211.
  DANGER WILL ROBINSON, DANGER!
 HIGH VOLTAGE, HIGH VOLTAGE!
MUCH more to come; stay tuned!
  The Current Project:
A big, hot, heavy pair of monoblock power amps; using type 211/VT-4C power triodes, driven by transformer-coupled type 45's. I'll be using a pair of the recently released Hammond 126B interstage transformers, and Hammond 1638SEA output transformers.
