The 2 large Solen capacitors are for plate bypass of the cathode follower. Coupling caps of the cathode follower are Auricaps. Coupling caps of 'Tone' filters are Solens. Large electrolytics are for plate-supply decoupling, and small electrolytics are for cathode bypass of 'Tone' filters.
The dark brown strips on the chassis are 3M brand 'Silencer Strips' vibration-dampening tape.
